The value for money at Potters Cottage was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of options.

We stayed at The Potters Cottage for 2 nights and it was a fabulous experience. The cottage was quiet, cosy, and beautifully converted. The kitchen was well stocked with great equipment, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean as a whistle. Michael and Rita were lovely hosts, providing a friendly greeting and helpful recommendations. The location was perfect, with a cycle lane leading directly to the accommodation and a short 10-minute walk to the village. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

Had a wonderful Easter break in a cozy cottage surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the ease of cooking meals. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and close to lovely walks. Michael, the host, was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a perfect stay.
One downside was the uncomfortable spring mattress in the bedroom, where we could feel every spring. Another negative point was the lack of warmth in the bedroom during the winter months.

We had an amazing stay at Potters Cottage! Sharon, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the cottage itself is stunning, with a cozy and clean interior. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the town center, making it easy for us to explore Clifden. the amenities were fantastic, with WiFi, a stove fire, hot showers, and well-equipped cooking facilities. We really felt at home. the value for money was outstanding, and we couldn't recommend Potters Cottage enough. The highlight was the lovely gesture from Sharon, allowing us to check out without rushing, which made our stay even more memorable. Cons: Almost perfect, just a tiny flaw 😕.

This bungalow at The Potters Cottage is like a cozy nest, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The soundproofing is top-notch, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, having a tumble dryer and oven is super convenient for those who like to cook and do their laundry during their stay.
While everything was great, I personally wasn't a huge fan of the single bathroom with just a shower. But hey, that's just me and I'm sure others would still enjoy it!
